Wie buche ich eine Fotosession bei dir?
Entscheidet euch für ein Paket und kontaktiert mich dann einfach über mein Kontaktformular oder unter info@jerophotos.ch. Ihr erhaltet einen Vertrag mit allen wichtigen Details zur Unterschrift. Sobald eure Anzahlung eingegangen ist, wird euer Shooting im Kalender bestätigt.
Wie lange dauert es, bis ich die endgültigen Fotos erhalte und wie erhalte ich die Fotos?
Eure Galerie wird innerhalb von 4 Wochen fertig sein. Ihr erhaltet einen Link zu einer digitalen Galerie mit Bildern mit Wasserzeichen. Aus dieser Galerie wählt ihr eure Favoriten aus, und nach eurer Bestätigung erstelle ich eure endgültige Galerie, aus der ihr eure hochwertigen Fotos ohne Wasserzeichen herunterladen könnt. Der Zugriff erfolgt über denselben Link, den ihr auch an Familie und Freund*innen weitergeben könnt.
Wie weit reist du?
Ich kann durch die Schweiz, Liechtenstein und Vorarlberg reisen. Für jede Entfernung über 20 km fallen zusätzliche Kosten in Höhe von 1 CHF pro Kilometer an.
Was ist, wenn ich mehr Bilder möchte, als ich in meinem Paket gebucht habe?
Ihr könnt zusätzliche Bilder für 10 CHF pro Foto kaufen. Ihr könnt euer Paket auch nach Erhalt eurer Galerie upgraden.
Bieten Sie jemals Rabatte oder Sonderangebote an?
Ich versuche, meine Preise angemessen zu halten, daher biete ich keine regelmässigen Sonderangebote an. Ich biete jedoch einen Rabatt von 10% für wiederkehrende Kunden an.
How do I book a photo session with you?
Decide which package you want and then get in touch with me via my contact form or by emailing me directly at info@jerophotos.ch. You will receive a contract to sign with all of the important details. After you have paid the deposit, your shoot is confirmed in my calendar.
How long does it take for me to receive my photos, and how do I receive the photos?
Your gallery will be ready within 4 weeks. You recieve a link to a digital gallery with watermarked images. From this gallery, you choose your favourites, and once confirmed, I prepare your final gallery from which you can download your high quality, non-watermarked photos. It is accessible using the same link, which is also sharable with family and friends.
How far do you travel?
I can travel throughout Switzerland, Liechtenstein und Vorarlberg. For distances over 20km, there is an additional charge of 1CHF per kilometre
What happens when I want more photos than I booked in my package?
It is possible to purchase additional images for 10 CHF per photo. It is also possible to upgrade your package after you receive your gallery.
Do you offer any discounts or special offers?
I try to keep my prices reasonable, so I don't offer regular special offers. However, I do offer a 10% discount for returning customers.
